“We don’t allow pets and we are aware that folks sadly masquerade their pet as an ada service animal. Folks, ESA or emotional support/therapy dogs are not service pets under ADA guidelines. If we find this to happen during your stay, we will charge a $250 per night fee to your stay. Do the right thing, folks. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability.
Also, if you do have a "service dog" but it stays in your room while you are not there, there will also be a $250 per occurrence fee for this. Per ada regulations, service animals cannot stay in the room by themselves
If you need your little emotional support or ESA dog, please stay elsewhere. You’re giving people with true service dogs a bad name.
Trust us, we know the difference between a pet that has been registered as a service animal and a ADA certified animal.
